Zest syrups story

Zest came about whilst sitting in a friend’s garden one summer evening.

I picked a few herbs and made an impromptu thyme and mint lemonade, made from fresh and natural ingredients. It was delicious, made all the better with a splash of ice cold vodka! And so the seed was sown.

Zest after much experimentation came to fruition. Friends and family were happy to be guinea pigs ,lavished with cocktails and lemonades as the flavour trials begun.

My friend Trisha is now growing her organic herbs for Zest cocktail syrups and lemonades. With her creative flair the herbs are grown in eclectic containers including boats and bath tubs.

As for the huge inflatable Lemon Zest bar, well that was created a few cocktails down the line!
